CD Operator - 2nd ShiftJob Title: CD Operator 2nd Shift Employment Type: Full Time Location: Oxford, AL. Pay: $17.00 per hour Schedule: 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to Operate CD machines to process narrow fabric Key Responsibilities:Weigh dye, set temperature, sew in goods, change boxes, locate finished goods, clean dry cans, repin or change number of ends, and fix breakouts.Fill wash boxes, set controls, cut out roll ups, check all QC functions, get out folds, get out twists, and pulls mat.Put ends back on rollers, sweep and clean up from entry to exit, pull and re-file master file.Check tape width before and after processing. Fill out production sheets, quality approval sheets, and check lists.Comply with Environmental, Quality, Health, Safety & 5S objectives, polices & programs, and relevant procedures.Keep dye house clean after using chemicals and dyes. Pack boxes.Performs other position-related duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED);1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training; or,Equivalent combination of education and experience.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
