This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.What We Offer:Pay of $20.08 per hourTrain on First Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, then transition to Second Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMTemp-to-Hire OpportunityVoluntary Overtime OpportunitiesHealth BenefitsOpportunity for AdvancementWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED2–3 years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing or production environmentKnowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshootingStrong communication skills with operators and cross-functional teamsDemonstrated commitment to continuous improvementAbility to work overtime and weekends as requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWhat You'll Do as a Set Up Technician:Perform machine changeovers and complete general equipment setup (downtime, scrap tracking, production quantities)Identify item codes and distinguish component differences in material handlingConduct preventive maintenance, light maintenance, and troubleshootingLoad and unload ovens as requiredComplete daily production and performance reports (attainment, backlog, pull systems)Submit requisitions for components and MRO suppliesInitiate MRR processes and update tooling logs when neededCommunicate effectively with operators and Shift Supervisors during shift transitionsCollaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and support departmentsAssist with operator training and staffing arrangements as neededStop production if safety standards cannot be maintainedIdentify defects and follow established reaction plansImplement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiativesSupport pre-production trials and mass production launchesParticipate in Kaizen and productivity improvement activitiesEnsure operators follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
