The Haul Dump Driver will be responsible for all duties of the position, including the transporting of aggregate and asphalt products to plants and job sites in a safe manner.

Compensation
$37.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Load material at asphalt or aggregate plant and safely transport to other plants and / or job sites
- Tarp load when needed to protect product being hauled
- The position requires cleaning and washing of vehicle to include the spraying down of trailers when needed in designated areas
- Maintains a clean truck and practices good housekeeping on all truck equipment as well as in the plant
- Reports any necessary maintenance or adjustments that may be required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule with flexible hours, hours vary
- Must be able to travel to various work locations based on work availability and customer demand
- Overtime, weekend work, and nights may be required
- Can be exposed to extremes of hot and cold weather
- Must be able to work cooperatively with others
Education
High school diploma or GED
Requirements / Qualifications
- Must have a safe driving record
- Must register and pass screening with FMCSA
- Must have WA Commercial Class A with Doubles Endorsement
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening to be considered
- No more than two moving violations within the past 24 months
- No serious moving violations within the past 36 months
- Seeking candidates with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and strong customer service skills
- Must adhere to all safety regulations including company policies, state and federal regulations
Preferred :
- Experience in aggregate or heavy construction industries
- 2+ years of commercial driving experience
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, clearance and registration with FMCSA, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated on-going drug and alcohol testing.
