This role is responsible for delivering projects safely on schedule within budget and in compliance with regulatory and quality closely with Operations Quality Validation Engineering Finance and Executive Leadership this position helps develop capital strategies and implement projects that improve capacity compliance operational efficiency and customer service. Success requires strong technical expertise business acumen project leadership and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the Project Planning & ExecutionLead complex capital projects from concept through startup and operational handoff including scope development project justification engineering design procurement construction and technical alternatives and recommend solutions that balance safety quality operational requirements cost schedule and long-term business Budgeting & Financial ManagementDevelop project business cases capital requests budgets schedules and funding accountability for project costs cash flow and overall financial -Functional Collaboration & Contractor ManagementPartner with Operations Quality Validation Engineering Maintenance Supply Chain and Facilities to deliver projects aligned with business objectives while minimizing operational engineering firms contractors equipment suppliers and consultants to ensure safe compliant and effective project Risk Management & ValidationEnsure projects comply with applicable safety GMP regulatory and company standards including support for commissioning qualification and validation activities as and mitigate project risks driving timely resolution of technical operational financial and schedule-related Communication & Continuous ImprovementPresent project proposals investment recommendations project status risks and mitigation plans to site and executive and provide technical guidance to project team members while supporting continuous improvement in capital planning project delivery and engineering & ExperienceBachelors degree in Mechanical Chemical Electrical Industrial Civil or a related Engineering discipline.8 years of progressive engineering and capital project management managing large-scale capital projects and multi-million-dollar capital Project & Financial ManagementDemonstrated success leading capital projects from concept through startup and managing project budgets forecasts and financial & Industry ExperienceExperience in pharmaceutical biotechnology medical device or other regulated manufacturing leading projects in pharmaceutical drug product supporting sterile fill finish aseptic manufacturing visual inspection packaging or device manufacturing & CollaborationExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing external communication leadership problem-solving and stakeholder management to influence decisions and drive alignment across all levels of the QualificationsIndustry ExperienceCDMO Management Professional (PMP) Engineer (PE) Six Sigma & Regulatory ExperienceExperience supporting GMP commissioning qualification and validation We OfferCompetitive base salary and performance bonusComprehensive benefits package (health dental vision 401(k) etc.)Structured mentorship and professional development programsExposure to cutting-edge pharmaceutical manufacturing technologiesCollaborative and supportive work culture#LI-Onsite # WH
