Job Description : Responsibilities

• Client requires the services of one (1) HCM Functional Domain Lead, hereafter referred to as Worker(s), who meets the general qualifications of ITSAC Enterprise Architect 1 Category, Emerging Technology Type and the specifications outlined in this document.
• The Worker must meet the following minimum experience and qualification requirements
• The Worker may meet the following minimum preferred experience and qualifications requirements :
• The Worker may possess, at a minimum, the following types of skillsets :
• Ability to work with internal and external customers, including management staff, project managers, functional business and technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and CPA contracted vendors;
• Functional expertise related to any or all of the following : Oracle PeopleSoft (9.x), Oracle Taleo, Oracle tools (e.g., Database, Golden Gate, RAC, etc.), Business Objects, AIX or Linux, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Data Warehouse;
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
• Ability to collaborate with various types of SMEs, stakeholders, programmers, and developers in order to assist with and / or design, develop, implement and support complex business solutions;
• Ability to work independently in a team environment with local and remote teams;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary; and
• Ability to prepare and present functional information to various levels of SMEs, stakeholders, and executives
