Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement dealership sales process
  • Monitor and respond to all Internet leads in a timely manner following dealership process
  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting, in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
  • Be available to respond to email , text, and phone inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Check email and CRM text frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection be the product expert & sounding board
  • Provide vehicle information and d irect customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Quote pricing and inventory availability
  • Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI), Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive dealership experience
  • Superior communication skills, both oral and written
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure
  • Ability to work a structured schedule to maintain coverage for online inquiries
