Type : Full Time
Location : Englewood, CO
Preferred Experience : 2-5 years Sales & Account Management experience. Bachelor's Degree in related field. Experience in background screening preferred but not required.
Compensation : Base + residual commission with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities Include :
- Responsible for creating, driving, and closing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Specifically :
- Drive growth and profitability, including the ability to meet and exceed quotas, profit goals, and other performance metrics.
- Build the sales pipeline, generate momentum, and anticipate industry opportunities, successfully maximizing leads through cold calling, trade shows and inbound leads.
- Lead the discovery process by asking comprehensive questions, overcome resistance, and communicating a persuasive business case.
- Leverage and optimize all internal systems, processes, and resources to ensure efficient and effective sales process
- Serve as your client's primary contact throughout their partnership with Choice Screening and work to meet the client's evolving demands through our various services and technology.
- Limited travel to trade shows is expected.
Desired Skills and Experience include :
- Quota driven performer with 1-5 years Sales and Account Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, English, or related field preferred
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to communicate over the phone and in person with throughout all levels of an organization, including C-Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, Persistent, Assertive, Hungry and Competitive
- Computer savvy; ability to navigate various applications including CRM; MS Office Suite proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High business ethics and integrity; ability to adhere to regulatory standards
