Process Service Representative
Overview :
Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. As a Process Service Representative , you’ll coordinate the service of process of legal documents on individuals in litigation throughout the nation and acts as a liaison for clients and process service resources.
What you'll do :
- Receive all incoming requests from clients and resources and distribute to appropriate folder
- Locate resources for job assignments
- Initiate and timely dispatch requests to the resource for service of process of legal documents and document retrievals
- Coordinate and confirm resource receipt of job assignment
- Monitor jobs in progress and update the company database with all information
- Provide status updates to clients in a timely manner
- Act as a liaison between clients and resources
- Review all legal documents for accuracy and prepare Affidavits when necessary
- Electronically deliver Affidavits and Returns to the client
- Resolve issues and escalate as needed to ensure prompt and accurate resolution
Who you are :
- Must be exceptionally organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
