SITE will complete orientation checklist and send to company HR. RESPONSIBILITIES : Essential Job Functions 1. Set-up, operate, and shut-down pick and place, screener, oven and wash equipment.
2. Perform daily and routine maintenance on pick and place, screener, oven and wash equipment. 3. Knowledge of proper handling and disposal of related materials (solder paste and cleaning solutions).
4. Knowledge of proper mixing of related solutions (paste and thinner). 5. Keep work cell clean at all times. 6. Communicate crib, purchasing, manufacturing, and engineering problems to the Captain SMT Machine Operator.
7. Keep records of product WIP. 8. Identify resistor color bands and wire colors (black, brown, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, grey, white, silver, and gold).
9. Use of statistical process control techniques. 10. Push, pull, lift, and obtain / carry assembly parts requiring lifting 40 lbs.
