Job Title
The HR Coordinator drives our mission by supporting the HR team and working with employees across the business to ensure Tesla is a great place to work for everyone. Our team achieves results by being innovative, driven, collaborative, and trustworthy. This is a hands-on tactical role that provides support in the areas of workforce planning, coaching / development, employee engagement, and ad hoc projects as necessary.
What You'll Do
- Be the front line for our employees and answer questions and concerns about HR policies, processes and benefits
- Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding; is responsible for accurate processing of HR transactions and reporting
- Partner with HR Partners, centers of excellence and other cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service and resolve people issues in a timely and effective manner
- Identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with HR team to develop and implement lasting solutions
- Provide administrative support to HR team on events, projects and programs
- Supports human resources leadership to formulate, determine, and effectuate management policies regarding HR, including special access to confidential and sensitive personnel communication and records
- Aligns conduct in performing all job duties and functions with human resources leadership goals and objectives, exercising good judgment in all interactions with Company employees
What You'll Bring
