About the Role
The Sr. Business Systems Analyst role will be perfect for someone with a demonstrated passion for HR, as well as deep knowledge of Workday, using your technical skills and functional knowledge to support the core HCM roadmap and driving P&P efficiency.
You will have the ability to understand and define ambiguous HR business requirements, propose and translate scalable tech solutions and consider both the big picture and minute details.
What You’ll Do
Support the core HCM roadmap, by diving deep into the People org needs, as well as business challenges and understanding Workday capabilities
Manage medium to large-scale projects, conducting thorough analysis to ensure feasibility, scalability and alignment with the business requirements and People org priorities
Recommend solutions that build efficiencies, eliminate manual processes and support strategic operational needs
Gather requirements, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support definition of as-is & to-be processes, develop solutions in line with Workday capabilities
Lead & execute UAT for feature & functional delivery
Create documentation and support training & change management for deployment as required
Manage projects & collaborate with our People org & IT partners
Evaluate newly released features and develop plans for adoptions if in support of operational needs
Participate in special projects as and when needed
Basic Qualifications :
3+ experience with Workday
5+ years of related work experience in HRIS
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong understanding of HR processes
Preferred Skills :
Experience with HR support (e.g. HRBP) a plus
