Saturday and Sunday 9 : 00am to 7 : 00pm

Hourly rate : $14 to $16 and hour

Monticello West is looking for a concierge with exceptional customer service to be the first impression of Monticello West on the weekend.

Essential Job Duties :

1. Provide on-going switchboard / telephone coverage.

2. Serve as receptionist and greet all guests, residents, vendors, suppliers, and outside service providers. 3. Distribute packages, business mail and magazines.

4. Maintain visitor sign-in logs

6. Maintain security for admittance to all entries accessible to public.

7. Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.

Other Duties : 1. Receives all persons who enter the Community in a courteous manner, informs, guides, directs or otherwise assists residents, visitors, staff or vendors tactfully and congenially to present the best possible image of the Community.

2. Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.

3. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
