POSITION MISSION

The Manager, Payroll will lead and oversee all aspects of Bagel Brands' payroll function. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of multi-state payroll, maintains compliance with federal and state regulations, and partners closely with HR and Finance to support employee pay, reporting, and audits. This position will also play a key role in process improvements, system integrations, and ensuring payroll aligns with the company's financial reporting requirements.

Please Note : The range provided below encompasses a wide range of Bagel Brands roles. The specific salary range for this role is :

• Department : Accounting
• Base Salary Range : $115,000-$130,000 annually
• Bonus : 15% annual incentive target
• Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Compensation Range :

$73,008.00 - $127,774.40 per year
