Quick Start Staffing LLC is currently seeking a Materials Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing inventory and material flow through the company's supply chain process.

As a Materials Coordinator, you will be joining a team of skilled professionals and working in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate inventory levels, ensuring that materials are available when necessary.
- Work closely with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that inventory levels are adequate and to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and analyze inventory data and generate reports for management reviews.
- Identify and implement process improvements that will increase inventory accuracy and reduce waste.
- Develop and maintain procedures for material handling and inventory control.
- Ensure that materials are properly labeled and stored according to safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
- 3+ years of materials management experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of industry regulations and safety standards.
