Hourly Rate : $25 - $35 per hour

Junior Event Coordinator Overview : As a Junior Event Coordinator at Seronda Networks, you'll play a vital role in the planning and execution of our events.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning and organization of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and logistics management.
• Support the implementation of marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees.
• Assist in creating event materials, such as invitations, programs, and signage.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and achieve objectives.
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, coordination of activities, and attendee assistance.
• Assist in post-event evaluation and analysis to identify areas for improvement and future opportunities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
• Previous experience or internships in event planning or coordination is advantageous.
