As a Web Development Intern you would play a key part in contributing to IBP's growth and success in the digital landscape.

Often working beside a mentor or colleague on the frontline, the ideal candidate will have a unique blend of technical fundamentals, insatiable curiosity, and a customer experience mindset.

This person should be comfortable working independently as well as with a team in the design and development of mission-critical websites, applications, and layers of infrastructure.

Knowledge of or experience with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, React, Javascript is helpful to succeed quickly in this role. One can expect to be working remote and onsite in a hybrid environment for daily tasks.

Essential Functions :

• Consistently communicate regularly with stakeholders, project managers, quality assurance teams, and other developers regarding progress on long-term technology roadmap
• Create and maintain workflows with teams to provide visibility and to ensure workload balance for consistent visual designs
• Produce quality code, raising the bar for team performance and speed

Responsibilities :

• Write code and tests, build prototypes, resolve issues, and profile and analyze bottlenecks
• Design robust User Experiences and APIs to support mobile and desktop clients
• Optimize web applications for performance and scalability

Qualifications :

• A Bachelor's focused on computer science or computer engineering or equivalent experience.
• A passion for end user experience delivering new and exciting ways for customers to interact with the web platform application.
• Growth mindset that challenges the status quo and focuses on outside-the-box ideas and solutions
