Desktop Support Specialist
We are building a team of Desktop Support Technicians to support our health care customer in Des Moines, IA! Please read all of the following before applying.

M-F 8-5, on site in Des Moines, IA. No remote.
Interviews this week, start date in 2-3 weeks
Rates up to $26 / hr W2
Team may be required to provide after hours and / or occasional weekend support.
Required Skills :
- 3-5 years Experience with End User Customer support including issue tracking and follow-up is required.
- Imaging devices
- ServiceNow experience helpful
- Application Roll out
- Technical understanding of Windows 10 required.
- Experience with OS deployments / imaging in the enterprise is required.
- Exceptional organization & communication skills, both verbal and written required.
- Previous IT Service Desk / Field Services experience preferred.
Education :
- High School Diploma / GED required
