A company is looking for a Sr. Account Operations Manager to manage client relationships and ensure effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of business relationships with clients, ensuring effective resource utilization
Conduct onboarding and cancellation activities, and serve as an escalation point for client support
Audit invoices and analyze financial data to enhance productivity and profitability
Required Qualifications
BA or BS degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience; MBA is a plus
Typically requires 4+ years of Account Management or Sales experience in healthcare delivery or billing systems
Experience in the Pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefits Management industry is beneficial
Leadership experience is a plus
Knowledge of National Council of Prescription Drug Programs Telecommunications Standard is a plus
