Manager, Estimating & Pricing Proposal Analyst Professional - HYBRID

Job Summary

An excellent opportunity exists within the Material Estimating Organization as a Manager, Estimating and Pricing Proposal Analyst.

The estimating organization is responsible for the preparation of various types of proposals for development, production and competitive contracts including modifications to existing contracts.

In addition, the Estimating Organization supports gate reviews, government audits, and negotiations with the customer.

Responsibilities to Anticipate :

• Be responsible for the development, analysis and completion of the most complex material proposals
• Work with other functions from across the company to understand and evaluate the material and other direct costs associated with proposed contracts and the associated program
• Utilize company estimating and pricing programs and tools
• Lead the development of Material Basis of Estimates to include tracking progress, validating and analyzing supplier quotes and Purchase Order History, ensuring consistency across the program, and confirming the estimating approach is sound
• Ensure proposals comply with all FAR and internal requirements often as the only material point of contact
• Assess, develop and implement solutions leading to a thorough material package
• Perform detailed and complex analysis of inputs to ensure soundness in our material estimates

Basic Qualifications :

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related / applicable field and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with Excel (i.e. basic formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, filtering / sorting, etc.)
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.

S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
