Bar Waiteress
Provide a smooth and efficient bar / wineservice within an allocated area. Serve passengers and / or crewmembers and provide a professional bar service enhancing thepassenger / crew experience fully adhering to company servicestandards.
Primary Responsibility of the Role : Serve drinks topassengers / crew complying fully with the Responsible Service ofAlcohol policies and procedures including informing the BarSupervisor / Bar Services Manager when a passenger has consumedexcessive alcohol.
Actively generate bar cash profit by promotingset campaigns increasing cash profit generating opportunities andworking to exceed targets.
Correctly enter passengers billing intothe relevant system in a timely manner. Assist with controlling barbudget costs by ensuring that all products equipment and cleaningmaterials are used in a cost effective and efficient manner.
Followall working and cleaning routines and rotas and ensure theappearance and condition of all items including glasses equipmentand bottles meet the required standards.
Keep the outlet neat andtidy at all times. Set up and clear down the area prior to andafter service periods. Use and maintain all bar equipment correctlyreporting any repairs required promptly.
Carry out duties atoutside catering events as and when required. Meet and greet thepassengers and assist with baggage services on embarkation / disembarkation days safely moving passengerluggage.
