Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) , you'll be the engine of our sales pipeline generating leads, engaging prospects, and booking meetings for our Account Executives. This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career with the drive to grow into an Account Executive role in the near future.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting : Identify and engage potential clients via cold calls , emails , and LinkedIn outreachLead Qualification : Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT , SPICED , or similarMeeting Setting : Book discovery meetings and ensure a smooth handoff to Account ExecutivesCRM Management : Log activities and manage pipelines using HubSpot , Salesforce , or similarPerformance : Consistently hit or exceed KPIs for outreach volume and meetings booked
