Job OverviewWe plan on hiring a professional and skilled Field Sales Representative to join the Sales Team of our company on an immediate basis.

You will be responsible to develop robust sales strategies to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.As a successful sales representative, you will be sourcing new sales opportunities and close deals to achieve your sales targets.

You will be playing a vital role in increasing the revenues by managing and negotiating with clients, qualifying prospects, generating leads and managing the sales of products / services.

You should possess amazing customer service and communication skills for this role. If you think that you will fit’ in this particular job role, apply for this position right away!Responsibilities Get the Sale’ by using different customer sales techniquesForecast sales, generate out of the box’ sale methodologies and evaluate their effectivenessAttract new clients by devising new strategies and sales processesEvaluate client’s needs, skills and build a productive long lasting relationshipMeet individual and your team’s sales targetsResearch particular accounts and follow or generate via sales leadsAttend sales events, meetings, and training sessions to keep yourself abreast of the latest developmentsProvide feedback to senior management with the help of statisticsExpand and maintain client database within the particular territoryGenerate daily as well as monthly sales reportsRequirementsProven sales experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Representative or a similar roleExceptional customer service skillsTrack record of achieving alloted sales quotaHands-on experience with CRM and other softwareKnow-how of different sales methodologies and pipeline managementProficient in MS Office ToolsExcellent communication skillsOutstanding negotiation and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and result-oriented individualIf you're looking for an easy 9-5 job, this is not it.

All candidates will be initially hired as sub contractors for 30 days, with the ability to set their own schedules and work remotely.

Expect to close at least 3 new deals in your first 30 days. Compensation will be very high commisions, but quota must be met.
