Business System Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in working on medium to large MDM projects, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and system optimization.
The successful candidate will possess a keen analytical mind, with a proven track record in leveraging data to drive business solutions.

This resource is expected onsite in either Boston, MA, Smithfield, RI, or Merrimack, NH 1 week (Mon-Fri) per month.
Key Technical Skills :
- Proficient in Data Mining, Oracle, and PL / SQL
- Strong experience in Life Cycle Documentation
- Expertise in SQL query creation
- Knowledge of ETL processes
- Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) tools such as Reltio, IBM MDM, or Informatica MDM
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage Business Intelligence projects from inception to completion
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices throughout project lifecycles
- Collaborate effectively with Developers, Data Analysts, Database Administrators (DBAs), and Testers to achieve project goals
- Identify, isolate, and communicate production environment issues
- Provide support to the on-call production team as needed

Required Certifications / Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications in Oracle, SQL, or Data Analysis are a plus
Additional Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of technical analysis experience in a data-centric development environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
