Controller
Job Description
Roessel Joy is partnering with a local law firm that is looking to hire a Controller. An ideal candidate would have 7+ years of Accounting and Managerial Experience.
This position would oversee the Accounting Manager and 5 Accounting Professionals. This is a great opportunity for a sharp and experienced accounting professional to join a company that provides a great work life balance.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the General Ledger, Bulling, AR, AP, Payroll and Conflict Checks
- Preparation of annual operating and capital budget
- Develop monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Manage bank relationships and submit required reports
- Manage the firm's IOLTA accounts
- Reconciliations of numerous general ledger balance sheet accounts
Qualifications :
- B.S in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of Accounting Experience
- Managerial Experience Required
- Tax Preparation Experience Required
