Job Summary :
Reportingto the COO / CFO you will lead a team and head up all operationalaspects including but not limited to Logistics Demand PlanningInventory Procurement and other Supply Chain activities.
We areseeking someone well versed in DTC and utilizing 3PLs. SourcingProcurement Logistics and Inventory Management. :
Weareseeking
- 610 years of work experience with at least 3 years in a leadershiprole
- Abilityto lead longterm crossfunctional strategy efforts with minimalguidance
- Successfultrack record of developing operational excellence and scalableprocesses
- Exceptionalcommunication presentation and interpersonalskills
Preferred :
- Workingexperience in consumer goods and DTCenvironment.
- Pastoperations role at a highgrowthcompany
Compensation :
- $150000$200000 per year base salary DOE
- 20%annual bonus
