The Role...

The Mid-Level Architect candidate will be responsible for input on multiple projects, producing high quality work from concept through specification and construction documents. Reporting to the Senior / Prcinipal Architect, they are expected to share responsibility for the architectural design team production. They are expected to be excellent communicators and have a strong understanding of Soho House Design process and operations standards.

Main Duties...

• Compliance with Soho House Design phases requirements
• Works closely with the project team following efficient design processes
• Work towards and meeting project deadlines on specific projects
• Ensures the integrity of the agreed design is maintained by participating in the development of the design.
• Ensures design is approved by appropriate parties, in collaboration with the Senior / Principal Architect
• Creates project schedules, design drawings and specifications as required
• Produces project-specific weekly reports
• Maintains clear communication with entire project team

In accordance with New York law, the salary range for this role if filled within New York is listed below. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Pay Range

$75,000—$80,000 USD
