Are you a results-driven sales leader with the vision to penetrate markets, develop people, and the grit to drive results? Due to growth and restructuring of our sales organization, we are seeking a nationwide Director of Sales focused on maintaining and growing our strong K-12 client base. This role is not tied to territory – the right candidate may live anywhere within the U.S.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will :

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Valcom’s reach across the K-12 education market
  • Lead, inspire, and develop your regional sales team
  • Identify untapped markets and develop winning go-to-market strategies
  • Build lasting customer relationships that deliver long‑term value
  • Own sales funnel management, ensuring pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and measurable growth
  • Align with cross‑functional teams to refine product positioning and customer experience
  • Analyze data, track KPIs, and report to senior leadership
  • Be the face of the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences
  • Recruit, develop, and coach top‑tier sales talent

    What You Bring to the Table

  • Demonstrated success managing a team of regional sales managers and driving performance across multiple territories
  • Experience selling into the K‑12 education market strongly preferred
  • Strategic thinking and a bias for action and execution
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Salesforce expertise, including pipeline accuracy and funnel management
  • Ability to build deep, lasting customer relationships
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
