Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Remote Configuration and Support Specialist to join our amazing culture.

In this role, you will be responsible for programming, system start-up / check-out, certification, and technical support for the Remote Configuration and Support team, supporting multiple large global accounts at a specific customer location in Charlotte NC.

What You’ll Do

Responsible for programming, system start-up / check-out, certification, and technical support.

Delivers assigned project reports and data to both customer and supervisors.

Acts as key interface for technical support between customer and colleague to maximize customer satisfaction.

May mentor less-experienced staff.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You’ll Need

Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.

Technical skills and / or experience related to DMP Programming, Remote Link, Entre’, Verint and MASterMind.

• Must be a self-starter and work well without direct supervision.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Electronic Security experience is helpful.

Detail oriented, and advanced computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint) and proficient in other relevant applications such as Smartsheet.

Requirements :

Education : High School / GED or equivalent

Minimum Experience : 1-3 years of previous, relevant field experience required.

Intrusion and Video experience : DMP / Entre’, MASterMind and Verint

JOB REQUIREMENT - High Speed Internet This this is a remote position and requires video over the internet which could fail with slow connection speeds.
