Key Responsibilities :
Independently manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members, optimizing time and prioritizing critical tasks.
Lead the coordination and execution of high-profile meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
Prepare, edit, and review complex documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Conduct in-depth research, analyze data, and compile comprehensive reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Oversee budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and interpersonal support.
Support departmental project tracking, deadlines, and activity coordination.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in executive-level administrative support.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
Experience with budget oversight and financial reporting is a plus.

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
