Your Role : Accounting Specialist

We're looking for a detail-driven and proactive Accounting Specialist to join our dedicated finance team. In this vital role, you'll ensure accuracy in our day-to-day accounting operations, support our month-end processes, and help strengthen our financial foundation as we continue to expand.

What You'll Do

Manage and process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and general ledger entries regularly.

Assist with month-end and year-end closings, preparing journal entries, schedules, and reports.

Maintain organized and compliant financial documentation to support audits and business decisions.

Review and process employee expense reports in line with company policy.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and logistics to resolve discrepancies and drive efficiency.

Support internal and external audits through timely reporting and reconciliation.

Contribute ideas to improve and streamline accounting processes company-wide.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (manufacturing or distribution experience a plus).

A solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ERP / accounting systems.

Familiarity with inventory or cost accounting principles.
