Customer Service Representative
SNI Companies is hiring for a contract to hire Bilingual Customer Service Rep to work for one of our growing Houston-based clients.
This is a great entry-level opportunity offering a set M-F schedule and lots of opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities :
- Answer calls from customers and assist with questions.
- Responding to email inquiries from customers
- Adjusting plans and billing as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements :
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to work M-F 8 am to 5 pm
