This fine dining destination is part of the Michelin-starred chef and TV star's restaurant collection. As one of only five locations in the country, Gordon Ramsay Steak features dry aged steaks, locally sourced favorites and memorable cocktails and bourbons.

Our Cooks are responsible for providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests.

The Cooks are responsible for menu recipe execution and proper plate presentation for immediate service to restaurant guests.

Cooks ensure the correct preparation of all menu dishes in accordance with guest requests, portion control, temperature guidelines, and company time standards.

They’re also responsible for all aspects of their cooking station including set up, prep, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, break down and storage.

This role works on a variety of kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, oven, etc.

Caesars Employees Requirements :

• Must be 18 years of age
• High school degree / GED preferred
• 1+ year experience in high volume restaurant industry preferred
• Must be familiar with cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Must possess basic reading & math skills
• Must possess superior food knowledge (Line Cooks only)
• Must be able to sit / stand for long periods of time (4+ hours) & lift, carry and push a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Must be able / willing to commute to Elizabeth, IN Casino daily for work (20 min from downtown Louisville)
• Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed
