Responsibilities :
Assist the firm COO by providing support with the following :
Oversee the operations of the firm to ensure efficiency and exceptional client service.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that encompass M&A activities, Real Estate management, and Finance operations.
Lead and coordinate M&A initiatives, including due diligence and post-merger integration, aligning with the firm's strategic goals.
Manage the firm’s insurance requirements and risk management, ensuring comprehensive coverage in all necessary areas.
Work with finance Leadership to optimize the firm's financial performance and growth.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to operations, M&A, real estate, insurance, and financial practices.
Manage the firm's facilities, including but not limited to office space planning, maintenance, and negotiating leases, and landlord relations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in operational management, with a background in CPA or professional services firms.
Proven experience with M&A activities and understanding the associated financial, legal, and operational implications.
Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and risk management, particularly as they relate to the professional services industry.
Proven track record in managing operations.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-relevant software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
