We are seeking a Client Intake Specialist / Sales Coordinator to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This role is not a traditional receptionist position — it is a sales-driven intake role where success is measured by qualified consultations booked.  Candidates must have previous experience as an intake coordinator in high volume practice!

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and return inbound calls promptly — convert callers into scheduled consultations.
  • Distinguish between new leads vs. existing clients, and handle accordingly.
  • Follow a proven call script while also being personable and persuasive.
  • Confidently explain our consultation process and encourage commitment.
  • Collect and input client information accurately into MyCase / CRM system.
  • Follow up on missed calls, web inquiries, and referrals quickly.
  • Track all leads, conversions, and outcomes for reporting.
  • Assist with light administrative / reception tasks as needed (secondary to intake).

Qualifications

  • Required : Prior experience in high-volume law firm intake OR sales role with measurable results.
  • Strong phone presence — articulate, professional, and persuasive.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed conversion targets.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Tech savvy : able to work in case management systems (MyCase or similar CRMs).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Preferred : Background in legal services intake (family law, bankruptcy, PI, or consumer law firms).

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting Salary Range : $45,000 – $55,000 (depending on experience).
  • Performance Bonus Structure : Additional compensation based on consults booked and conversion rates.
