Field Sales Training Manager
Are you an experienced Training Manager familiar with deploying a wide variety of training methods? Are you comfortable conducting engaging training workshops through virtual offerings, seminars, and face to face?
Are you experienced in leading a team of Trainers? Victra is Verizon's trusted business partner and largest premium retailer in the United States.
As the Training Manager, you will show, teach, coach, and hold accountable all operational and training activities hosted by our Trainers inside of Victra.
This includes the partnership with Victra leadership and the Store Support Center. You will deliver standardized training that reflects the organization's goals inside of the V Nation.
You will be involved in the development of training programs aimed at aligning employee performance with organizational goals.
You will be responsible for the Trainers on your team to include performance, certification using established learning and development standards, and desired outcomes.

- Lead, develop, and inspire our employees throughout the organization to foster an environment of learning and development.
- Assist in the development and continued improvement of training programs supporting our alternative business channels.
- Report directly to Vice President of Training.
- Manage the internal delivery of programs and support materials, ensuring that training programs address business objectives and employee needs for both new hire, and ongoing performance enhancement training.
- Conduct Management and Leadership level training classes.
- Manage projects within the department to ensure desired outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
- Assess and advise the Director of Training on the effectiveness of programs and practices.
- Participate in project task forces to identify training needs and ensure the effective implementation, communication, and maintenance of programs.
- Assist in the creation of new content, training materials, and programs.
- Analyze current offerings and investigate other training options to determine the most cost-effective solutions.
- Establish and maintain a positive relationship with our partners, including Verizon.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
YOUR BACKGROUND (REQUIREMENTS) :
We look for the Training Manager to have a passion for helping the company grow by developing people and create culture high performers want to be a part of.
Of course, being extremely organized and able to develop deep relationships at all levels of the organization internally and externally will be a requirement for this role.
You should maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices. Additional requirements for the Training Manager :
- Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or relevant field. Master's degree is desirable.
- 3-4 years of work experience in a leadership role, preferably with a background in training.
- Experience writing and supporting training curriculum.
- Demonstrable analytical, leadership, problem solving, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.).
Salary Range : $56,000 - $90,000
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
- Travel varied up to 30%.
