Customer Service and Sales Rep

Design Tree Maintenance in Phoenix, AZ is looking for an ambitious, outgoing person to join our office as a full-time Customer Service and Sales Rep ! This position is critical to our continued success, building rapport with leads and helping us secure more business.

As a valued member of our office team, you earn $19.00 - $21.00 / hour and have the potential to make some commission . You can gain valuable inside sales experience and take pride in making a positive impact on our future. Plus, you receive terrific benefits like :

WHAT DO YOU DO?

Our Customer Service and Sales Rep works from 7 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm with a 1-hour lunch.

Your job is to speak with prospective leads when they call our office, communicate with them about their needs and our services, and encourage them to set additional appointments. You confidently engage with leads and promote our services, tracking your progress with our CRM (customer relationship management) software. Proactively, you also seek out potential leads and contact them to drum up additional interest in our services.
