We are a well known contract food service group and have an exciting opportunity! We are looking for a Director of Catering Sales to manage clients' needs and help build sales.

Director of Catering Sales Responsibilities :
- Arrange all meetings and events, be in service to the client
- Develop and mentor team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Develop annual budgets and track sales performance
- Create customized packages for events
- Preside over BEOs, ensure execution is flawless
- Work in tandem with Marketing teams
Director Of Catering Sales Requirements :
- Requires good communication skills
- Working closely with clients, as well as with the banquets, culinary, beverage and operations staff
- Previous Director of Catering Sales experience in a large scale convention center setting
- P&L accountability and / or contract-managed service experience.
- Open availability and flexibility with schedule
