Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. The Junior Recruiter will play a pivotal role in identifying top talent to support our firm's growth and success.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within the fast-paced environment of the financial industry.
Responsibilities :
1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition : Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
2. Candidate Screening : Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
3. Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
4. Candidate Engagement : Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering feedback.
5. Administrative Support : Assist with job postings, resume tracking, and maintaining the internal applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
6. Onboarding Assistance : Collaborate with Operations team members to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training logistics.
7. Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving recruitment practices.
