In this hybrid role, you'll serve as the backbone of our administrative operations while also providing a warm and welcoming front desk experience for our clients.

If you have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want you to be a part of our team.

Key Responsibilities : Act as the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, reservations, and providing assistance remotely.

Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to clients, offering insights and expertise to enhance their travel experiences.

Liaise with travel partners and vendors to coordinate bookings, confirmations, and updates, maintaining clear communication and accuracy.

Address any issues or concerns that may arise promptly, providing assistance and solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain organized records of client interactions, appointments, and other relevant information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
