Senior Product Manager

Our client is a mid-sized company in Scottsdale AZ and works hyrbid on site, so must be local and willing to go into an office 3 days per week.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a specialization in digital and e-commerce products to join their dynamic team in Scottsdale AZ (Hybrid 3 days on site) .

In this role, you will lead the strategic development and execution of innovative digital solutions, driving our e-commerce initiatives forward.

A strong background in Agile methodologies and a minimum of five years of experience in product ownership roles are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital and e-commerce products.
• Translate business objectives into actionable epics, features, and user stories, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
• Champion the voice of the customer, gathering and analyzing feedback to inform product enhancements and optimizations.
• Prioritize product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and market demands, adapting to changing requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, and QA to deliver high-quality digital products on time and within budget.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint review meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among team members.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate user stories to ensure they meet quality standards and deliver value to end-users.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation in digital and e-commerce products.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Agile methodologies, providing guidance and support to team members to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in product management or product ownership roles, with a focus on digital, SaaS and e-commerce products.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative and iterative product development environment.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management platforms.
