Administrative Support To Ceo
Provide administrative support to CEO to ensure efficient operation of the facility.
Essential Functions
- Support CEO through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
- Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate diplomacy, discretion and business acumen.
- Prepare and execute correspondence and presentations on behalf of CEO and executive team of the facility.
- Coordinate attendees and logistics for CEO meetings, maintain CEO's daily calendar and facilitate travel logistics.
- Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors and arranging conference calls.
- May serve as Notary Public for facility.
