This role requires proficiency and acuity working with C-Level executives and senior leaders (both internal and external) to foster mutual accountability and form a joint plan for success.

ACS is an acknowledged authority within the Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit (GBU), providing subject matter expertise and consulting services to the GBU’s largest, strategic and most challenging customers around the globe.

Responsibilities include : Advise and enable our customers on optimum approaches to complex challenges based on Best Practice and Industry trends.

Serve as liaison on all things ERP to Go-To-Market, Engineering, Client Management, Sales, Consulting & Support organizationsParticipate in the identification and documentation of customer’s NetSuite value gaps using our proprietary SuiteReview methodologyParticipate in driving the approach to remediate gaps, and consensus with the Customer of same and work with customers to remediate highest priority gapsArchitect solutions for complex business requirements, which may include configuration and / or integration and / or technical componentsEmbrace leadership roles toward improvement of the team.

Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team membersContinue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certificationsFollow essential internal business processes aligned toward delighting our CustomersRenewals : Customer renewals for continued annual recurring revenue.

Continued customer follow-up and interaction can help avoid last minute surprisesLead continuous improvement initiatives across internal customer facing teams using solid understanding of the ERP business process domain, Customer requirements & expectations and Oracle + NetSuite’s ERP functionalityPromotes : Work closely with Account Management to promote Product and Service expansions to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) of our customersPreferred Qualifications include : 8+ years of overall relevant domain experience in General Business, Manufacturing, Retail, Software, Services, or Technology vertical marketsStrong NetSuite ERP Financials solution implementation and / or administration experience - competing ERP offerings may be consideredExperience with defining requirements for complex customizations and / or integrationsStrong communication skills with sustained C-suite interactionsAbility to evolve and influence Customer business processes based on leading practicesPassion for driving Customer satisfactionProject and / or team leadership experienceFinance and / or Accounting professional and / or academic background a plusNetSuite ERP Consultant or other relevant product certifications are a plusAbility to travel on a modest to moderate basis, as appropriate.

Career Level - IC5ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.

As a position of technical / professional influence, this individual frequently operates at the leading edge of technology.

Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle products to meet very complex customer needs. Exercises creativity and independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions.

Leads experienced consulting teams on challenging projects; works on significant and unique issues. As a leader with vision and trusted advisor, effectively influences difficult decisions at the leadership-level of customer organizations.

Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations. Drives customer process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions.

Creates new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands and knowledge of competitive product offerings.

10+ years of experience relevant to this position including 5 years of consulting experience. Management or team leadership experience preferred.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to lead large teams.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyCanada : Hiring Range from $116,300 to $254,000 CAD per annumUS : Hiring Range : from $120,100 to $251,600 per annum.

May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

11 paid holidaysPaid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
