Job Description :

As an Experienced Service Advisor at North Point, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

You will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs and facilitating a seamless and pleasant service experience, recognizing that positive surveys from customer experiences are a testament to our success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers and promptly assess their service needs.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle maintenance and repair options.
• Schedule appointments and maintain a well-organized service schedule.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer information, vehicle concerns, and service requests.
• Communicate effectively with the service technicians to ensure the efficient and timely completion of repairs or maintenance.
• Provide cost estimates and inform customers of potential service options.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle service.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and resolution, recognizing the impact of positive surveys on our reputation.
• Promote and upsell additional services and maintenance packages when appropriate, aiming for customer satisfaction and positive feedback.
• Assist with warranty claims and maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer service policies.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership setting (minimum X years).
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with automotive service management software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus.
