To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as a Compensation Analyst. The primary responsibility of the position is to review and approve compensation changes, conduct audits on various business processes, and respond to inquiries from employees. The person in this position will become knowledgeable of compensation details specified in our collective bargaining agreements and company policy. This position will report to the Manager, HRIS Administration & Compensation.

Benefit package includes paid training, holiday pay, 401(k), vacation, and family travel on the American Airlines network. Medical and dental available. Starting Rate : $49,500.00 / Annual Salary.
