Job Description :
They are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to join their team. As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in their continued success and expansion.

Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for a wide range of commercial construction projects.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to identify key cost drivers and potential challenges.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
- Evaluate material and labor costs, subcontractor bids, and other project-related expenses.
- Create comprehensive bid packages and submit competitive and timely proposals.
- Maintain a database of historical cost data and ensure it is up-to-date.
- Continuously review and improve estimating processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in project kick-off meetings to ensure a smooth transition from estimation to project execution.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools, such as Bluebeam, Procore, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of the design build process
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
