Position : Healthcare Call Center Rep

Pay Rate : $18-21 / HR *Pay is according to experience*
Location : Boston, MA
Schedule : Due to the nature of this organization, all employees must be able to work a Saturday or Sunday. You will receive a day off in the week and weekend.
Shifts :
- First shift- any time between 6 : 30 am to 6 : 00 pm
- Swing Shift- any time between 10 : 00 am 9 : 00 pm

Job Description :
- Service incoming patient calls
- Help patient(s) with transferring of calls to proper clinics or hospitals
- Pull up contact information of call of clients during calls
- Log in important information of call into database
- Work alongside other agents, supervisors, and other corporate support staff
Qualifications :
- Any previous Healthcare or Call Center experience
- Professional and friendly communication ability
- Ability to be a reliable and willing learner
- Bilingual is a PLUS will go into interpreter department
- Customer service skills
