What to Expect / Job Responsibility

• Understanding of The Bluebird Way and All Bluebird Values.
• Detail plaza responsibilities and customer interaction.
• Understanding and Explaining Wash Packages.
• Process Cash, Gift Card, and Credit Card Transactions at Pay Terminal.
• Acquire membership through engaging conversations with customers.
• Choosing the Correct Rewash Option.
• Mastery of Load-on Procedures Understanding the Why of the Procedures.
• Understanding of Site and Equipment upkeep Standards.
• Maintain OSHA and Company safety standards.
• Leading, Training and Developing site staff.
• Handling Customer Concerns.
• Quality Checks to include car, site, and equipment standards are met.
• Assist in Employee Scheduling
• Employee Training
• Complete Mastery of the Bluebird Way and Values
• Reviews and understands P&L statements and ways to manage the controllables.
• All other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions :

• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand for your entire shift of up to 8-12 hours.
• Ability to bend and stoop for long periods of time during your shift.
• Ability to work in wet / humid conditions that include odors / dust for 8-12 hours.
• Ability to lift, carry and reach overhead on a frequent basis.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally during your shift.
• Ability to work in a noisy environment.
• Ability to work comfortably on a ladder regularly during your shift on an occasional basis.

Job requirements :

High School Diploma or GED

3 years in a leadership or lead role

4+ years Customer-Centric Leadership

Track record of successful people development

Instill a culture of accountability, communication, and time management.
