Client Overview :
Our client is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support management with daily operations. Join a dedicated social services organization, who provides care management to children and families in New Jersey.
Salary / Hourly Rate :
$18 / hr
Position Overview :
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for supporting management with day to day operations by recording, storing, and updating databases with relevant information and data.
The ideal Data Entry Specialist candidate must be able to work well with deadlines and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities of the Data Entry Specialist :
- Creating and maintaining accurate spreadsheets with company information
- Correcting errors and organizing information within spreadsheets
- Entering and updating data into proper database
Qualifications for the Data Entry Specialist :
- Must be able to be on site 5 days per week
- Previous data entry experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in healthcare is a plus
Education Requirements :
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Associates is preferred
