Job Title : Call Center Agent

Location : Los Angeles, CA

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing product / service information, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products / services and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Follow company policies and procedures to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
