The Greater Nebraska Business Center is a cohesive team that provides professional service, efficient resource management, and effective solution development with integrity, accountability and focus on the customer.
This position is located at the Panhandle Research, Extension and Education Center in Scottsbluff, NE.
As the Finance & Office Associate, you will :
- Serve in a customer-facing role and be responsible for ensuring finance transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner and in compliance with all applicable institutional, UNL, State, and Federal regulations, policies, and guidelines.
- Primarily execute routine procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable and accounting, transactions.
- Perform varied office support that may include greeting guests and answering phones, managing room schedules, meeting set up and clean up, distributing mail, and other support duties as needed.
- Work closely with employees within the departments served, as well as functional office staff, providing a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Function under close supervision and be expected utilize technology to provide professional services.
